PAYMENTS

Payments are processed when the order is placed.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

If we cancel your order due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstances on our part, your money will be refunded in full.

SHIPPING

Please leave enough time for shipping delays. We will not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

DELAYS

Delays may occur due to materials being out of stock with our suppliers or other reasons. If we won’t be able to ship your item within the time indicated on the checkout page, we will contact you and give you the option to cancel your order. 

PUBLICATION

We reserve the right to use any image of a product made by us for publication.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

The cancellation/refund policy is as follows:

  • Due to the customized nature of our product, we cannot guarantee you will be able to cancel your order. However, if supplies have not been purchased and materials have not been modified to prepare your order, we will cancel it.
  • Refunds will be paid within 30 days of cancellation.
